According to an environmental watch group, test results from analyzing water from hundreds of water utilities around the country show that large amounts of pollutants are present in Americans’ tap water. So, while our water may appear clear, that sadly doesn’t mean it is clean. Therefore, the best way to know it is clean is by using a filter that is good enough to certify it as clean!

Philippians 4:8 lets us know that carnal thoughts pollute our nature. That is why we need to sift our thoughts through the Supernatural Certified Filter of God’s Word (The Bible). When the knowledge within the Bible is correctly applied, it is more than capable of removing the toxic thoughts that work to poison our minds and derail our Christian walk.

When we allow our minds to become saturated with God’s Word, it purifies our hearts and minds (Thoughts) by filtering out the impurities of this world. Toxins that are so pervasive here they cannot help but saturate, infiltrate, and poison our outlook toward God.

.2 Timothy 2:26 – and they may come to their senses and escape from the snare of the devil, having been held captive by him to do his will.

Defeating Satanic thoughts with a biblical filter leads to more Godly thoughts and less poisonous behavior.

2 Corinthians 10:5 – We destroy every proud obstacle that keeps people from knowing God. We capture their rebellious thoughts and teach them to obey Christ.

Let us strive to apply God’s Word to our every thought so we can be sure that they don’t just look clear but are really clean as well!
