Good morning!

I received the inspiration for the little poem some years back. I hope it speaks to your heart!

Grace and Mercy called my name
But, I couldn’t hear it due to all my pain

God’s plan of rescue was laid out for me
But I was blind and could not see

While Satan has plans to divide and deceive
Jesus knows every trick that is up his sleeve.

Saving His children is what God longs to do
That’s why He left a Bible to speak to you

It is hard to heed what we cannot hear
When God’s voice is drowned out by pain and fear

But, a heart made tender can hear His voice
And make a change, which requires a choice

So let us turn our hearts His way
Upon a path of darkness, we will not stay

Eternal life in Him is what we can see
When grace and mercy follow me

Hebrews 4:16 – Let us, therefore, come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
