Good morning!
Here in Philippians 1:6, we read where the Apostle Paul talks about his confidence in the Philippian Christians. He saw how those believers were maturing in their walk with Christ.
Paul’s confidence in them wasn’t due to them being perfect, because they weren’t. His confidence came from seeing their determination to stick with the sanctification process by submitting (Not an easy process) their will to God.
After salvation occurs (Just the beginning of our journey), the Holy Spirit is ready and available to assist us with the sanctification process.
Naturally, the more committed and obedient we become to surrendering to the process, the faster we mature.
Philippians 2:12 – Therefore, my beloved, just as you have always obeyed, not only in my presence but now even more in my absence, continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling.
Let us strive to TRUST that if God’s Spirit can start a work in us (Since we first believed in Christ), He is more than capable of completing the work He started in us.
Praying your day will be a wise and wonderful one!
