Good morning!
As Christians, we sometimes forget our actions affect those around us who don’t yet believe or are on the verge of making a spiritual decision.
We must always be aware (Even with our faults and defects) that we may be the only or closest representation of observable Christianity a co-worker, neighbor, friend or relative, etc., ever sees.
Below is a brief list of patterns we should try to avoid becoming habits that then turn into strongholds in our lives.
- Concentrating more on attending church than being the church. (1 Corinthians 12:27)
- Using more energy on unforgiveness, than we put into praying for those who’ve trespassed against us. (Luke 6:27)
- Desiring God more for what He can do for us than for what He’s already done for us. (Philippians 3:17–21)
Feel free to add to this list or make one of the weak areas you find yourself not yet having the victory over.
Let us strive to work with the Holy Spirit so He can help us maintain a Godly perspective daily.
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 – 6 Rejoice always;17 pray without ceasing;18 in everything give thanks; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
Have an inspiring and influential day!
