A Trust Level That Is Solid As A Rock!

Jul 2, 2026

1 Samuel 2:2 – There is none holy like the Lord: for there is none besides you; there is no rock like our God.

Good morning!

In the Bible, we see examples of men and women of faith who shared a common characteristic. They trusted that God would answer their prayer, and when He answered them, they had a willingness to trust God enough to return in service to Him the blessing He had given them.

Some better-known examples of servants giving back to God are Abraham, Moses & Hanna. They each were willing to dedicate their children to serve the Lord. Willingly sacrificing all of the future hopes, dreams, desires, and ambitions they wanted for their children to the sovereign mercy, grace, and goodness of God.

By faith, they trusted the Lord despite not knowing whether He would return a great harvest on their personal sacrifice in His service.

In today’s sometimes misguided church world, a (Christ-like) trusting, self-sacrificing, mindset seems to becoming more rare by the day. Many Believers appear to now seek God more for His blessings than seeking Him in order to learn how to be a blessing to others.

Note to self! When we proclaim everything we have belongs to God, we must learn to maintain that outlook, whether life’s circumstances are for better or worse. Why should we change from a Godly viewpoint when God’s perspective on truth never changes?

1 Corinthians. 4:2 – Now it is required that those who have been given a trust must prove faithful.

Let us strive to be ready to stand before God when our time comes and be able to give a solid accounting for everything He gave us stewardship over!

Have a rock-solid day in service to His Kingdom!
