Good morning!

The ability to have and maintain the patience to serve the Lord in a world that is often very hostile towards God is rarely an easy task.

When I read through history, I see so many stories about the efforts of people whose contibutions and accomplishments helped to make todays world a much better place to live.

I also saw how often-times many of those major-minor contributors to society became well-known only after laboring tirelessly for years without any recognition whatsoever.

Then there were (And are) the many others who also worked tirelessly to contribute some good to our society. Only to have their contributions go on to remain virtually unknown to most people.

I must point out that often times whether persons were recognized or unrecognized, they never gave up the pursuit of their work endevours. Both continued to press onward with their work since getting recognition was usually not the purpose of their work! Improving the lives of others was!

As Believer’s we too should always hold fast to the profession of our faith. Remaining steadfast regardless of whether or not we recieve any recognition from our fellow man or woman in regard to our service to God (Hebrews 10:23).

Let us strive to stay encouraged by the promises of God and encourage each other to continue our well doing. Regardless of whether or not we feel anyone is acknowleging our efforts.
